This is your sign to start meal prepping your breakfast and if you have been looking for an overnight oats recipe THIS ONE is the only ONE you will ever need!
It is healthy, packed with protein and only takes 5 minutes to make!
Ingredients: 👇🏼
40g of Oat Flour
1 Cup of Water
1 Scoop of Protein (I used PEANUT BUTTER CUP from @revolutionnutrition CODE RNMARTINA )
100g Frozen Blueberries
100g Frozen Strawberries
50g of Non Fat Greek Yogurt
15g of Peanut or Almond Butter
Directions:
Melt Peanut or Almond Butter in the Microwave and add Protein Powder. (I like to use Peanut Butter Flavoured Protein Powder.)
Get 3 Glass Jars, Pour your Frozen Blueberries into the Bottom. Top with a 1/2 Cup of the Oats/ Peanut Butter/ Protein Mixture.
Add Frozen Strawberries. Then another 1/2 Cup of the Oats/ Peanut Butter/ Protein Mixture.
Top with Greek Yogurt and a bit of Peanut Butter or Almond Butter.
Let sit overnight and eat in the morning!
