FOUNDER
- Certified Personal Trainer
- Certified Nutrition Coach
I am a certified personal trainer and nutrition coach. My journey to living a healthier lifestyle began in 2013 after struggling with an eating disorder, body dysmorphia, and an unhealthy relationship with food.
It was overcoming my struggle that I knew my true passion was to help others develop healthier eating habits and overcome their health and fitness traumas.
My main goal in our programs is to educate and guide our clients into the right balance of nutrition and fitness that works for their lifestyles and goals.
Seeing a need for people-based nutrition coaching being that. Having navigated through weight loss with the goal of a specific outcome in mind, I never considered what sort of impact my decisions would have on my mental health, my relationships with food, or my overall well-being.
Living with restrictions and deprivation isn’t living, so I created programs that show you how to live your life to the fullest while looking, feeling, and performing to the best of your abilities.

- Specializes in helping moms lose unwanted body fat
I work with busy moms who want to transform their body and lose unwanted body fat while incorporating the foods and activities that they and their families enjoy. Helping them to create a lifestyle that is unique and sustainable.
My path towards health, happiness, fitness, & becoming a coach has taken a lot of turns over the years. I’ve always been passionate about healthy and active living. Growing up I practiced dance, played baseball, swam competitively, and was always on the go with my family (bike riding, hiking, skiing, etc.)
Becoming a wife and mom of two boys (that constantly have me on the go) my passion became something I was able to share with my family. But it hasn’t always been easy balancing these things and there came a point where I was struggling to keep up.
Despite still living an active lifestyle, playing baseball, and working out in the gym 6 days a week (sometimes multiple times a day) I wasn’t seeing any progress. In fact, it was the opposite; the number on the scale kept increasing!?!?!
I was frustrated!! I had tried every fad diet out there… the soup diet, HCG, eating for my blood type, Weight Watchers, Jenny Craig, intermittent fasting, the list goes on… You name it, I tried it!
Here’s the thing, I am also a big fan of food… therefore every diet I tried I would fail, then I would move on to the next one in hopes that it might the one.
I found myself coming to a point where maybe I just had to accept this new version of myself, like it or not.
Or did I? I’d been told many times that weight loss started in the kitchen and believe that what we eat is powerful. I knew needed more support!
In what seemed like it was my last hope, I took a leap of faith and invested in myself.
I hired a coach, something I hadn’t tried before, and I committed to obtaining my nutrition coaching certification with the Nutritional Coaching Institute.

- BSc in Kinesiology
- NCI Level 1 Nutrition Coach
I grew up in a small town in Southern Alberta. Growing up rural has taught me so many life lessons and has shown me how to work hard!
I am a retired gymnast, and I did competitive gymnastics up until I graduated high school. I am still involved with the sport as a coach; my knowledge of strength training and flexibility comes directly from these years of intense training and now coaching.
My family has also played a huge role in my fitness knowledge and career. Between growing up with a sister who has Cerebral Palsy, and my best friend relearning how to walk due to a tragic accident, rehabilitation, gaining back strength, and stretching has been a part of my life since I can remember.
Health and fitness has always been a passion of mine, once I finished high school I went off to post secondary and received my Bachelors in Kinesiology.
Size has always been something I struggles with, I was never the “small” girl and that bothered me for a very long time. Gymnastics was a sport for small petite athletes… as well as the sport itself was judged by how you look / perform while doing skills. How you looked was a BIG part of the sport.
BUT I changed my relationship with food and my relationship with exercise. I decided I didn’t want to be the “small” girl. I wanted to be STRONG, I wanted to be the POWER athlete and so I was.
Changing social standard to STRONG is BEAUTIFUL was a huge transition while I was in post secondary! I learned to eat the food I want, fuel my body and enjoy the skin I am in! Loving yourself and the way you look will change your mindset on your whole life.
I want to share my knowledge with you, by helping you get back on your feet and feeling amazing! Your fitness and nutrition journey starts today!
