Peanut Butter and Jelly Cups 🍓🥜
Who needs Recces when you have these delicious Peanut Butter and Jelly Cups. 🍓🥜 🍓🥜🍓🥜 Healthy Peanut Butter Cups.
Like an inside-out Reese’s but minus the chocolate, these PB & J cups are sooo good! You gotta give them a try!
Ingredients: 👇🏼
1 Cup of Peanut Butter
113g of Coconut 🥥 Flour
1/4 Cup of Coconut 🥥Oil
2 Scoops of Vanilla Protein Powder
90g of Sugar Free Strawberry 🍓 ( or Raspberry) Jam
1 Tea Spoon of Stevia ( optional )
Directions:
Mix all the ingredients together. Melt the Peanut Butter with the Coconut Oil with the Coconut Flour. Add Protein and mix it all together until you have a thin consistency to the entire thing.
Pour into 12 Muffin Cups. I like to use silicone for easy removal, you can spray a traditional Muffin Pan as well and pour the Peanut Butter Mixture inside.
Next Add your Jelly mixture (This can be plain Sugar Free Jam or you can add a Teaspoon of Stevia.)
Add more of the Peanut Butter Mixture on top. Let them chill in the refrigerator overnight (for best results.) Freeze them if you can’t wait.
